Booking Terms & Conditions

• Child seats to be supplied and fitted by the client , and retained by us, please label prior to travel. Late arrival up to 15 mins after scheduled collection will be charged at £20 per hour or part of an hour
  

• All extras requests will be dealt with as additions and may be subject to an additional cost if not notified at the time of original booking.
  

• Arrival times , of Aeroplanes Trains Ships etc, will be monitored and only in the case of non notification by the client will extra cost will imposed. Late arrivals will an extra cost based on waiting time and will be added at a rate of £20 per hour or part of that hour, payable upon the completion of any journey.
  

• All unforced and reasonable and unexpected waiting time will be at the drivers discretion and subject to an amicable solution, if the delay is due to passport control, additional parking expense.
  

• Wedding flowers will be artificial and placed on the rear sill, unless otherwise specified, ribbon will be white or ivory unless otherwise specified, Flowers or no flowers and or ribbon is standard and is included in all costings unless specified at the time of booking. Any reasonable request for extra decoration will be sympathetically judges and catered for, reasonable being at the discretion of Executive travel by Cliff Catterall .
